The mission of this community—and the resources you’ll find here—is to help you live out that very call to transformation. Here, you will find resources rooted in solid psychology and Catholic spirituality to help you rewire your brain, regulate your nervous system, and form a secure, relational attachment to the heart of God—one day at a time.
We’re building something new, and I want you in the room. This beta group is a "fleshing-it-out-together" experience where we combine daily spiritual rhythms with monthly Immanuel Prayer and group coaching. Help us shape this community while you begin your own journey toward a more secure connection with the Father.
